Trust before the tap
Your name in the link, not a stranger's.
Custom domains
With a custom domain, your GoTinyURL short links and bio pages use a domain you own, such as go.yourbrand.com/sale, instead of gotinyurl.com. You point the domain at GoTinyURL with one DNS record, add it in the dashboard, and every new link can use it. The free plan includes 1 custom domain.
A branded short link is a short URL on your own domain, for example shop.co/summer instead of a generic shortener address. People can see who the link belongs to before they tap it, which makes it more trustworthy in messages, ads and print.
What you can do
Your name in the link, not a stranger's.
Keep a domain per brand or per client: 1 on Free, 5 on Pro, 25 on Business.
Choose where visitors go if they open the bare domain with no back-half.
Send mistyped back-halves to a page of your choice instead of an error.
Host your bio page at links.yourbrand.com.
QR codes built on your domain keep the brand even when scanned.
How it works
Choose a domain, then Add one DNS record, then Add it to GoTinyURL, then Create links on it. Each step takes a few seconds in the dashboard at app.gotinyurl.com.
A short domain or a subdomain of your site, like go.yourbrand.com.
Point it at GoTinyURL with the record shown in the dashboard.
Enter the domain under Domains. It shows as Pending until our team activates it, normally within one business day.
Pick the domain from the dropdown when you shorten a link or build a bio page.

How marketers and growth teams use GoTinyURLFAQ
Yes. Free includes 1 custom domain. Starter includes 2, Pro 5 and Business 25; lifetime tiers include between 2 and 40.
No. You can use a subdomain of a domain you already own, such as go.yourbrand.com, without affecting your main website. A short, separate domain works too if you prefer.
You point the domain or subdomain at GoTinyURL with the record shown in the Domains screen of the app (usually an A record for a root domain or a CNAME for a subdomain). Our help guide walks through it for common registrars.
Two things have to happen: your DNS record has to propagate (often minutes, up to 48 hours) and our team activates the domain, which shows as Pending in the app until then. Activation normally happens within one business day.
Not if you use a subdomain. Only the subdomain you point at GoTinyURL changes; your main domain, email and website keep working as before.
You choose. Set a custom index URL for the domain, such as your homepage, and a custom not-found URL for back-halves that do not exist.
Yes. Add a domain per client and create that client's links on it. Business allows 25 domains; Lifetime Tier 5 allows 40.
Links on custom domains should be served over HTTPS. Setup instructions in the app explain the certificate step for your domain; contact support if a domain is not showing a secure padlock after setup.
